Please do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, banking credentials, payment-card details or title documents through the website enquiry popup.

1. Scope and who operates this website

This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated under the name Pro Property Connect, our property enquiry popup, consultation booking interface, telephone, WhatsApp and email interactions, and related premium real estate advisory communications.

For purposes of applicable Indian data protection law, Pro Property Connect determines why and how personal data submitted through this website is processed. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pro Property Connect. References to “you” include prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, property owners, NRIs, authorised representatives and website visitors.

Our office is at B-209, Fairdeal House, Opp. Girls Hostel, Near Swastik Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India.

Applicable framework

We intend to handle digital personal data in accordance with applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as and when brought into force, together with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it. This Policy will be interpreted subject to mandatory law in force from time to time.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Lead and contact details: name, telephone number, email address, budget range, intended purchase timeline, property type, preferred area and other requirements.
  • Consultation information: date and time selected through Cal.com, time zone, meeting details and any notes you provide to the booking service.
  • Transaction and advisory information: buyer or seller brief, ownership or authority to act, preferred financing, site-visit records, negotiation instructions and communications.
  • Documents supplied later: where necessary for an agreed mandate, you may separately provide identity, authority, ownership, title, tax, payment or compliance documents through a channel agreed with us. Such documents should not be uploaded through the website popup.
  • Communications: messages, emails, call notes, WhatsApp correspondence, feedback, complaints and requests.

Information collected through the website

  • Page address, referral source and the source label attached to a website enquiry.
  • Technical information ordinarily generated when a website is accessed, such as IP address, device and browser details, approximate region, date and time, error or security logs, where received from our hosting or service providers.
  • A small browser-storage flag that remembers whether the first-visit enquiry popup has already been shown. It does not contain your name, phone number, budget or property requirement.

Third-party features

The website uses or links to services supplied by other organisations, including Firebase Hosting and Google services, Google Sheets, Google Maps, Google Fonts, Cal.com and WhatsApp. Those providers may collect technical or account information under their own privacy notices when their features load or when you choose to interact with them.

3. How and why we use information

We process information for lawful purposes connected with a request you make, consent you provide, steps taken at your request before a possible engagement, performance of an agreed service, compliance with law, and other uses permitted by applicable legislation. We may use information to:

  • respond to enquiries and identify properties matching your budget, location and timeline;
  • arrange consultations, private site visits, video walkthroughs and follow-up communications;
  • introduce buyers, sellers, promoters, property owners or professional advisers where appropriate;
  • perform preliminary listing, identity, title, RERA and document checks within the scope agreed with a client;
  • support negotiation, documentation, registration, handover and post-transaction coordination;
  • manage our lead pipeline, internal records, service quality and customer support;
  • send property opportunities or service updates where you have requested them or where otherwise permitted, with an option to opt out;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, spam, security incidents and unlawful activity;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims and comply with RERA, tax, registration, court, regulatory or law-enforcement obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the enquiry form to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.

4. When information may be shared

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Depending on your request, information may be shared with:

  • Technology and business processors: website hosting, cloud storage, email, spreadsheet, scheduling, communications, security and technical-support providers.
  • Transaction participants: property owners, sellers, buyers, promoters, developers, landlords, tenants or their authorised representatives, normally after discussing the proposed introduction with you.
  • Professional advisers: advocates, chartered accountants, valuers, engineers, architects, RERA consultants, banks and other professionals selected by you or involved in an agreed mandate.
  • Government and statutory bodies: GujRERA, registration and stamp authorities, municipal or development authorities, courts, tribunals, consumer commissions, police or other bodies when disclosure is required or lawfully requested.
  • Business successors: a genuine successor or transferee in connection with a restructuring, merger or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

Some technology providers may process information on infrastructure outside India. Where cross-border processing occurs, we will rely on the provider’s safeguards and comply with restrictions notified under applicable Indian law.

5. Retention and security

How long we retain information

Ordinary website enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless you ask us to erase them earlier or a longer period is reasonably required. If an enquiry becomes a mandate or transaction, relevant correspondence and records may be retained for the period required by contract, RERA, tax, stamp, registration, limitation, accounting or other applicable law and professional obligations.

Information may also be retained for an appropriate period where needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, enforce an agreement or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or securely archived as appropriate.

Security measures

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including restricted access, account controls, reputable service providers, secure website delivery and reasonable record-management practices. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

If a personal data breach is reasonably likely to affect you and notice is required by applicable law, we will take appropriate containment steps and provide notifications to affected persons and authorities in the manner and timeframe then required.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and any provisions in force, you may request to:

  • receive information about the personal data we process and the manner of processing;
  • correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • erase personal data that is no longer necessary, subject to lawful retention requirements;
  • withdraw consent for future processing where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of promotional property messages at any time;
  • raise a grievance and, where applicable, nominate another individual to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent us from continuing a requested service. To protect you, we may reasonably verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We aim to acknowledge and resolve requests within a reasonable period and within any mandatory statutory timeline.

You can disable non-essential browser storage through your browser settings, but the first-visit popup may then reappear. You may stop WhatsApp or email updates by replying “STOP”, using an available unsubscribe method, or contacting us below.

7. Children’s privacy

Our property advisory services are intended for adults who can enter into legally binding arrangements. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from a child under 18 through the website. A parent or lawful guardian who believes a child has submitted information should contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. External links, policy updates and contact

External websites and embedded services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent practices. Review their notices before supplying personal information to them.

We may revise this Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, technology or service changes. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
